Fast Automations ("we", "us", "our") is an AI automation studio operating the website fastautomation.xyz. We build custom automation and AI systems for our clients. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website, our contact form, and any Google APIs our applications are authorized to access.

Information collected automatically

• Basic analytics via Google Analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring links. This is aggregated and not used to personally identify you.

Data accessed through Google APIs

When you authorize one of our applications through Google OAuth, we may access specific data from your Google account strictly to provide the feature you asked for. We only request the narrowest scopes needed, and we access, use, and transfer that data in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Google user data for advertising or to train generalized AI/ML models.

4. Limited use of Google user data

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We use Google user data only to provide or improve the user-facing feature that is prominent in the requesting application.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve that feature, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with the law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.

5. Sharing and third parties

We share data only with service providers who help us operate — for example email delivery, hosting, and analytics — and only to the extent they need it to perform their work. These providers are bound to protect your data. Current providers include Google (Analytics) and our email/hosting infrastructure.

6. Data retention

We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, and delete them when no longer required. Data accessed through Google APIs is retained only as long as necessary to provide the authorized feature; you may request deletion at any time.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access, and least-privilege scopes — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, or to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, or to revoke an application's access to your Google account, email hello@fastautomation.xyz. You can also manage or revoke app access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

9. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
